What should I do if there's a power cut? How can I open my garage door?
All of our automatic doors come with a manual override, allowing you to open the door during a power cut. If there is no secondary access to your garage, we can install an external lockable override. Additionally, we offer a battery backup option that ensures your door operates even when the power is out.
Can we have any colour?

Do you match existing colours?

Only the remote controls that are programmed into your specific automatic door can open it. If someone else has a remote control programmed to your door, they can operate it. However, we can reprogram the system or remove any unauthorised remotes if you need to restrict access.

How Long Does It Take to Get a New Door Fitted?
Most standard garage doors take six to eight weeks to arrive after placing your order, though some may take longer. Our goal is to install your door within one week of its arrival. Additionally, we stock a wide range of popular doors, enabling us to address urgent situations where security may be at risk.
Can You Fit an Automatic Operator to My Existing Door?
In most cases, existing garage doors can be converted for automatic operation. Contact us with the details of your current door, and we’ll provide accurate guidance. Alternatively, we can arrange a free site survey for you.

Do you stock any spare parts?
Yes, we stock most common spare parts and can either send items to you or arrange for an on-site repair service. Please send us pictures and details of what you need, and we’ll do our best to assist. Do you take away the old door?
Yes, we always remove and dispose of the old door unless you request otherwise.
If I buy an automatic door, will you provide support if there’s a problem?
Yes, we’ll come out if there’s a problem. Providing a description of the fault will help us diagnose the issue. Additionally, if you need assistance with manually overriding the door during a power cut, give us a call—if we can’t resolve it over the phone, we’ll visit as soon as possible.
My new car is bigger than my previous one, how can I gain more space?
This is a common issue as cars continue to get bigger. We offer several garage modification options to help, including altering brickwork or removing central pillars between two single doors and converting them into one larger door.
